Hydraulic Parts Source inspects the unit, scraps the bad parts, and keeps the ones that still meet OE specifications, keeping them in our inventory to be built into new units the moment a customer places an order. THE REMANUFACTURING PROCESS
Step 1:
Complete hydraulic pump, motor, or valve core is received at HPS.
Surplus cores are dismantled, and parts are identified and inventoried.
Step 2:
Quality parts are cleaned, stripped, and resurfaced to meet OEM specifications. All parts that do not meet this standard are scrapped.
Step 3:
For speed and accuracy, all parts and units are on a bill of materials for the item purchased.
Step 4:
Each unit is built and tested to OEM specifications.

Step 5:
Each unit that requires paint per the OEM specifications is then painted with one coat of paint and then shipped to you or drop shipped “blind” directly to your customer.
